- If there is an issue with your order or if it is damaged, please let me know so I can attempt to fix the problem. Refunds will only be available at my discretion and contingent upon returning the product. ​

- I try to ship your orders out as soon as possible, to the best of my ability. Made-to-order and custom products vary in shipping time, please reach out to me for more information.

- My shipping carrier is the USPS and you will be sent an email when your product has been shipped with the tracking number.​​

- I am not responsible for delays from shipping carriers.

- Taxes and shipping costs should be calculated at your cart.

Terms & Conditions

for Custom Orders

 

​​​- I am a full-time college student with a part-time job and this small business. Turnaround time is usually 3-6 weeks but vary on the project. I do my best to finish your custom orders within the estimated time frame, but sometimes I may need to take a little more time to create your beautiful pieces. I ask that you have patience with me. ​

​- The $35 down-payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide that you no longer want the artwork for any reason, you consent to forfeiting the $35. Displeasure or the order exceeding the estimated time frame will not change this policy. I will do my best to honor your wishes and requests so that you fall in love with your custom products. ​

​

​- Custom artwork requires clear communication from both parties. I ask that you provide me with the best way and times to contact you so that I can ask questions and not have to halt the project. If I am continuously unable to reach you in a timely manner, then it may result in cancelling the project and forfeiting your down payment.

- The digital images sent to me for custom photo art will be blown up to and printed out as an 8"x10" photo. I will do my best to clearly communicate and work with you to make sure your photo will be clear and beautiful, but it is your responsibility to make sure the digital images will be compatible. You will not be given a refund if you are not happy with the resolution upon receiving the finished artwork.​​​

- This is specifically a faith-based business. I will not make anything that goes against my beliefs. I would prefer if we avoided things such as political statements, inappropriate images, overly explicit songs, or anything that I consider offensive. I have the right to deny your request without any reason at all.
